From a Spark of Hope
to a Global Movement

Founded in 1999 in Mumbai by a group of visionary social entrepreneurs, Rising Hope Global Foundation was born from a singular belief — that every human being deserves a life of dignity, opportunity, and hope.

Over 25 years, we have expanded from Maharashtra to 18 states across India, impacting over 1 lakh lives through our multi-sectoral approach to development.

Today, we work in close partnership with Central and State Governments, UN agencies, CSR arms of leading corporates, and a dedicated volunteer network of 5,000+ change-makers.

25 Years of Milestones

1999
Rising Hope Global Foundation incorporated as Section 8 Company in Mumbai. First education program launched in 3 villages of Maharashtra.
2003
12A and 80G certifications obtained. Healthcare wing launched — first mobile medical camp in rural Maharashtra.
2008
Expansion to Rajasthan with regional office in Bikaner. Women empowerment program Shakti launched.
2012
FCRA registration obtained. First international donor collaboration. Presence expanded to 8 states.
2016
Listed on NITI Aayog NGO Darpan. Partnership with Skill India — NSDC for vocational training centers.
2019
Reached 50,000+ beneficiaries milestone. Disaster relief operations during Odisha cyclone.
2021
COVID-19 relief — distributed rations to 15,000 families. Digital learning centres launched in 30 villages.
2024
1 Lakh beneficiaries milestone. Operations in 18 states. Partnerships with 200+ government programs and 15+ CSR partners.
